How To Win

The winner will have an example of a way they exemplified the Vishay 3.0 framework centered on customer focus, business growth, and strategic expansion. Offer low profile PowerPAK® SO-8DC MOSFETs double-side cooling MOSFETs. The MOSFETs have enlarged top-side cooling area for improved thermal performance. The products deliver high temperature operation up to +175 °C and combine low on-resistance with low gate and output charge for efficient switching.
AC/DC Power Supply Unit
Enables AC/DC PSU designs with Gen 5 E series MOSFETs for PFC and LLC stages; TrenchFET® Gen V power MOSFETs for synchronous rectification and OR-ing applications; rectifiers and SiC Schottky diodes; and current sensing resistors

HVDC
Enables HVDC power conversion designs for PFC, bootstrap, filtering, and precharge functions. Components include Gen 4 SiC Schottky diodes and thermistors for inrush current limiting with energy absorption up to 340 J.
DC/DC Module
Enables DC/DC modules with low profile PowerPAK® SO-8DC MOSFETs that deliver high temperature operation up to +175 °C and combine low on-resistance with low gate and output charge for efficient switching, together with thick film chip resistors for gate-drive applications.
