Battery Backup Unit and Capacitor Backup Unit

BBU and CBU provide short term backup power during power disturbance and heavy workloads to maintaining continuous operation of the AI data center. AI BBU and CBU designs must provide higher power density, faster response, greater efficiency, and better thermal management and scalability. Vishay offers custom inductors with high-voltage isolation, alongside edge-wound inductors and power inductors. We also provide TrenchFET® Gen V Power MOSFETs up to 150 V.
