How To Win

Once your entry is verified, you will receive a lei from your branch location. Open the secure bag to see if it is blue or green. If you receive a blue lei, send a picture of yourself wearing it with your biggest smile to Morgan Stanley and Mark Del Gatto to be entered into the grand prize drawing. Qualifying blue lei winners will be entered into a raffle drawing where ONE winner will be selected to join Vishay at President’s Club 31 in Kauai.

How to Win

Once your entry is verified, the MVP stories will be compared and judged to determine the Most Valuable Partnership story. The winner will have an example of a way they exemplified the Vishay 3.0 framework centered on customer focus, business growth, and strategic expansion. ONE winner from this category will be selected to join Vishay at President's Club 31 in Kauai, to be announced in July 2025.
